Lawn Mowing & Perimeter Trimming
Lawn mowing and perimeter trimming is your most essential lawn maintenance. We professionally mow your lawn and trim property or fence lines. We can handle large and small properties from quarter acre residential to 10 plus acre commercial or strata sites.

Dethatching or Power Raking
Dethatching or Power Raking is a great service if you are looking to improve moisture and nutrient absorption. Thatch and moss build up can strangle grass and create a thick layer not allowing precipitation, oxygen or fertilizers to your turfs roots. This should only be done sparingly once every 2-3 years in most situations.

Aeration
Aerating a lawn is a great bi-annual or annual service to improve your lawn. As the Aerator moves across the turf it punches holes into the soil pulling out cores. This reduces impaction from high traffic areas, allows fertilizers to get to the roots of the turf and grass seed from overseeding to germinate in the soil.

Lawn Fertilizer
Our lawn fertilizer applications target Spring, Summer and Fall lawn growth, targeting different nutrients during different seasons. Fertilizer can be applied 4-6 times per year.

Moss Killer Application
In our mild & wet climate we often get a lot of moss growing in lawns. The best method to get rid of it is to have a moss killer application done which often kills the moss in 48 hours or less. Within an hour after applying you can already see it turning black or brown. A good follow up service would be dethatching or power raking the lawn to get it cleaned out.

Lime Application
Lime applications are another great service if you have lawns struggling under or around conifers such as cedars. Cedars and other conifers unbalance the PH level of soils and can encourage moss to grow in lawns that are not in direct sunlight. By applying lime to your lawn you can balance the pH level and allow your turf to absorb more nutrients from fertilizer applications. These two applications work great together!

Top Dressing
Top dressing is great if you have had us overseed your lawn and you would like some additional moisture retention & peace of mind that the birds won't make off with your expensive seed. We use bagged peat moss and spread a thin layer of peat over the seeds just enough to cover them. Peat is great for lawn seed germination.

Overseeding
We suggest Overseeding on lawns that have had some drought death or areas that are patchy. This service is best for a lawn that has had an aeration prior or can be top dressed. We use lawn seed that is often great for high traffic areas with quick germination.
